Working With Photos in 2.7
WordPress 2.7 has some VERY cool tools for working with photos. If you know where to look, that is.
Let’s start by adding a photo. Click on the box to the right of “Upload/Insert”.

Once the photo is uploaded click on it. Two icons or controls will appear. The one on the left looks like a photo of a mountain. That’s the photo editor. The one on the right is a red delete symbol. Use that if you want to get rid of the photo totally.
To edit the photo, click on the mountain icon. Then you’ll be able to re-size the photo, put a border around it, add some white space around it horizontally or add white space on the sides of the photo.
The hardest part of the whole thing is finding the photo editing button. After that it’s a piece of cake.

It’s true that they make finding the editing button a bit of a problem. But it’s also true that once you’ve found it, the whole task is not that hard……
