It’s very easy to add a YouTube video to your WordPress blog.

Step One - Go to YouTube and find a video that you like.  For example, I adore Clara and her cooking lessons from the Great Depression.  (I hope that when I’m 93 that I’m as lively as she is!)

Step Two - Look for the “embed” code.   You can use the controls below the code to change the appearance of the embedded video.  (If the controls aren’t showing up click on the gear icon to display them.)

Step Three -  Copy the embed code.  Change to the HTML view of your WordPress post or page and paste the code there.  That’s all there is to it.  You’ve added a video to your blog!
